Who we are

What we collect
- Contact and order details: your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, and the products you order.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Communications: messages you send us, for example through our contact form or by email.
- Device and usage information: your IP address, browser, device and how you use our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How and why we use it
- To process and deliver your order, handle returns and provide customer service (to perform our contract with you).
- To send you marketing emails if you have opted in (based on your consent). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To run, secure and improve our website and prevent fraud (based on our legitimate interests).
- To show you relevant advertising on other websites and social media, where you have accepted marketing cookies (based on your consent).
- To meet our legal obligations, for example keeping accounting and tax records.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our shop, such as Shopify (website and checkout), payment providers, Royal Mail and our fulfilment partners (delivery), email marketing tools and advertising platforms such as Meta and Google. They may only use your information to provide their services to us. We may also share information where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where we transfer your information, we rely on adequacy decisions or on approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil your order and for the period required by tax and accounting law (in Belgium, generally 10 years). We keep marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you have the right to access your personal information, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. We use cookies that are necessary for the shop to work and, with your consent, cookies for analytics and advertising. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
