1. Who we are
This website is operated by Pitstop VOF, trading as Pawmate, Stationsstraat 52, 3650 Dilsen-Stokkem, Belgium (company number 1043.870.547, VAT number BE1043.870.547). Email: vicnic.pitstop@gmail.com. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Pawmate.

2. These terms
These terms apply to every order you place on this website. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

3. Orders
After you place an order, we email you to confirm we have received it. The contract between us is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or there is an obvious pricing error, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include any taxes that apply. Delivery is free. Payment is taken when you place your order, using one of the methods shown at checkout.

5. Discount codes
Discount codes can be used once per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other codes and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom with Royal Mail. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Cancellations and returns
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. See our Refund Policy for how this works.

8. Faulty products
We must supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full.

9. Product use
Please follow the instructions supplied with each product and supervise your pet when using a product for the first time.

10. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights. We are not liable for business losses.

11. Privacy
We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints
If you have a complaint, email us at vicnic.pitstop@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and the mandatory consumer protection rules of the part of the UK where you live continue to apply.

14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this website when you place it.
